Hailing from Colombo, Sri Lanka, the Australian-trained chef achieved his first michelin star with his signature restaurant Cloudstreet in 2021 and the second in 2022. The restaurant also ranked No.31 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2021, No. 44 in 2022, No.26 in 2023, and in the extended list at No.82 in 2024.
