Zén, Björn Frantzén’s first international restaurant, offers an exclusive tasting menu that reflects his signature culinary philosophy, blending Nordic, French, and Japanese influences. Set in a beautifully restored heritage shophouse, the nine-course menu, alongside canapés, showcases Frantzén’s innovative techniques and the finest seasonal produce, with unique Nordic flavours reinterpreted in his style. Complementing the menu, Zén offers an imaginative non-alcoholic juice pairing, such as a sparkling aperitif made from heirloom tomatoes and red plums, with an alcoholic pairing also available. The intimate 24-seater restaurant, designed by JOYN STUDIOS Architects, mirrors the Swedish craftsmanship seen in Frantzén’s Stockholm location. The team includes Executive Chefs Tor Aik Chua and Martin Öfner, and Operations & Beverage Director Aaron Jacobson.
