On Thursday, 5th of March, Chef Chet Sharma will host the fourth collaboration of the BiBi & Friends series, welcoming Chef Mitsunobu Nagae from Michelin-starred l'abeille in New York.

Chef Chet and Chef Mitsu first collaborated in summer 2025, when Chet was invited to take part in l'abeille’s ongoing Chef in Residence series. Finding a natural creative alignment through their shared precision and respect for ingredients, Chet has greatly looked forward to Mitsu taking part in his BiBi & Friends series in London ever since. The upcoming dinner marks the chef’s second time cooking together, and Mitsu’s first time cooking in London.

On Monday, 29th of September Chef Chet Sharma will host the third collaboration of the BiBi & Friends series, welcoming chefs Cal Byerley and Ian Waller from Pine.
